Meet our team
Busy Toes sessions are led by a dedicated team of professional coaches who provide a safe, positive environment to help you learn.
Over the years, she has successfully managed gymnastics programs for large organisations and worked in partnership with Sport England to deliver gymnastics programs and competitions in schools across West Wiltshire, while also providing teacher training.
Her expertise spans a variety of disciplines, including trampolining, preschool gymnastics, double mini trampolining, baby gymnastics, and parkour. Throughout her career, Lisa has seen firsthand the transformative power of gymnastics, not only in terms of physical development but also in fostering confidence and resilience. She takes immense pride in witnessing the joy of a young gymnast mastering a new skill or an adult rediscovering their love for movement.
Lisa’s approach is centred around safety, creativity, and fun. She ensures that every participant, whether in one-on-one coaching or group classes, is both challenged and comfortable while being inspired to reach their full potential. Above all, Lisa aims to create a supportive environment where everyone feels empowered to thrive.
Looking ahead, Lisa is excited to continue expanding her programs, exploring new techniques, and nurturing a lifelong passion for gymnastics in all her students.
With her mother being a respected coach for many years, Sarah was inspired to pursue her passion for gymnastics and trampolining, competing in various competitions during her youth.
Sarah took a break from gymnastics to pursue another passion—showjumping—competing in several national championships and further honing her discipline and focus. However, her love for gymnastics led her back to the sport. Now, with her two young children actively involved in gymnastics, Sarah is proud to see her family’s legacy in the sport continue.
At Busy Toes, Sarah combines her wealth of experience in administration and management with her diverse coaching qualifications. As the manager of day-to-day operations, she ensures the smooth running of the club, always ready to support and assist both parents and gymnasts alike.
Sarah holds numerous qualifications, including British Gymnastics Preschool Coach, Gymnastics Coach, Trampolining Coach, and Winstrada Rebound Therapy Trampolining Coach. Her academic background in Sports Science and Psychology, along with her qualifications as a Sports Massage Therapist, enable her to offer expert guidance in both the administrative and coaching aspects of the club.
Whether you have questions or need assistance, Sarah is always available and eager to help—ensuring a positive and supportive experience for everyone involved.
Her dedication to supporting the development of young people led her to the local rugby club, where she met Lisa, the Head Coach of Busy Toes. It was through Lisa that Sarah’s passion for gymnastics blossomed, as her daughter became interested in the sport.
After enrolling her daughter in a half-term intensive course with Lisa, Sarah saw the immediate benefits and was inspired to get more involved. She began volunteering and assisting with sessions, quickly gaining invaluable experience. Over the years, Sarah’s commitment grew and she took the next step in her journey by qualifying as a gymnastics coach.
Now, as a qualified coach, Sarah is passionate about passing on her knowledge and enthusiasm for gymnastics, always prioritising fun, confidence, and personal growth. She is dedicated to helping children thrive, building their skills and self-esteem through positive, supportive coaching.
With dedication and talent, she quickly advanced, following in the footsteps of her mother, who was a competition-level gymnast. This early start in gymnastics laid the groundwork for her passion and commitment.
After many successful years in gymnastics, Aoife transitioned her focus to competitive football and recreational trampolining, where she has achieved advanced levels in both. Her passion for sports extends beyond these disciplines, as she is an enthusiastic all-rounder, deeply invested in a wide variety of athletic pursuits.
Aoife is currently taking part in our Youth Leader Program, an opportunity that allows her to develop valuable leadership and coaching skills while gaining hands-on experience in supporting and mentoring younger participants. Through this program, Aoife is learning how to inspire and guide others, furthering her passion for sports and nurturing her desire to pursue a career in the sports industry. The Youth Leader Program is helping her grow both personally and professionally, providing a strong foundation for her future aspirations in sports leadership and development.
